Delays in approvals, content, or access may impact timelines and campaign performance.
All invoices must be paid as per the due date mentioned in the proposal or invoice.
Any third-party platform cost, plugin fee, domain, hosting, or software subscription will be billed separately unless already included in the proposal.
Reasonable revisions are included within the scope agreed in the proposal. Additional revisions, major scope changes, or requests outside the approved deliverables may involve extra charges.
Once designs, ad copies, website layouts, or campaign structures are approved by the client, NK Digital will proceed based on that approval.
While we use proven strategies and best practices, NK Digital does not guarantee fixed rankings, exact lead volumes, sales numbers, or ad platform approvals.
Campaign performance depends on multiple factors, including market competition, budget, website quality, industry demand, landing page experience, audience behavior, and third-party platform algorithms.
All original creative work, designs, ad copies, graphics, and website assets created by NK Digital become the client’s property only after full payment clearance, unless otherwise mentioned in writing.
NK Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, case studies, social media, or promotional material unless restricted by NDA.
Our services may involve third-party tools and platforms such as ad networks, CMS systems, analytics tools, CRM software, hosting providers, and communication APIs.
NK Digital is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, rejected ads, account restrictions, or service interruptions caused by external platforms.
NK Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or business losses resulting from service delays, ad disapprovals, technical downtime, platform issues, traffic fluctuations, or missed opportunities.
Our maximum liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in question.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice as defined in the proposal or contract.
Upon termination:
